The client is not deodorized, thus may be affected by environment changes on the machine. Please try the following for Windows version.
New windows version is broken at the moment. Please download the old one from here for now, https://aotu.ai/releases/brainframe/v0.29.0/v0_29_0_brainframe_windows_client.zip
In the meantime, try the Linux version,
